My Men Candy this week are a mixed group. I didn't pick up them for a specific reason other then... well, that I like them ;-) They have something, eyes, body, smile... I don't know, probably they are not classical beauty, but when I browsed the net for this week, they were the Men Candy who stand out among the other!
Will Chalker is one of the guys in undies (well, in his case with neither that) for the editorial “Dessous Animes” in l’Officiel Homme by Matthew Brookes in 2005.

( Will Chalker )
Will Chalker (born 7 March 1980 in East Sussex, England) is an English model and an amateur boxer. He is one of few male models to be considered a supermodel. He began modeling at the age of twenty in 2000, leaving his earlier career as a construction worker after a friend took test shots of him. His big break happened when he was featured in the advertising campaign of Paco Rabanne's perfume Black XS in 2003.
Since then, he has appeared in major ad campaigns including YSL, Perry Ellis, Wormland, Valentino, Mark O'Polo, Zara, Bottega Veneta, Louis Vuitton, Dsquared2, Gap, Ermenegildo Zegna and Paul Smith. His runway tasks include opening and closing for Gucci, John Galliano's finishing tableau, Athena-poster look for D&G, carrying a baby tiger onto Dolce & Gabbana's spring/summer 2005 menswear catwalk, and walking along Sonia Rykiel during her show. He has appeared in GQ, l'Uomo Vogue, i-D, Japanese Wallpaper, Spanish Esquire and Upstreet. He has also done commercials for Levi's and his commercial for Paco Rabanne Black XS with has been remixed with scenes starring Bianca Balti to promote its "for her" version.
He has been the first man nominated for Best Model at the British Fashion Awards.
He is currently signed with New York Model Management, UNIQUE DENMARK, Models 1 in London, LA Models, Mega Agency in Hamburg, Fashion in Milan, Traffic in Barcelona and MGM in Paris.

2009 was a busy year for him, he is in the following editorials: Elle Italia, Dame e Cavalieri, by Ruven Afanador; U Magazine, Remembrance of Things Past, by Joe Lally; Vogue Hommes Japan, Do it yourself, by Jeremy Kost. He is also on the cover of U Magazine, July 2009, by Joe Lally. In the editorial I chose, he is shot by talented Tony Duran in Paris.
“I owned an home security company in Los Angeles and sold an alarm to a guy in the modelling industry. It was quite funny when he asked if I had a manager and I responded that I was a manager (thinking about alarm sales, being the owner/manager). I never wanted to model and when a relationship of mine fell through, I moved to NY to clear my head… the prior connections with the guy in LA… and here I am.
I thought that I would see NYC one day on a vacation and now I live here. I’ve lived in Paris for a year, travelled to South Africa, Cuba, Thailand, it has been amazing to open my eyes to the real world and get out of the bubble I was raised in. I have met many unique people that have shaped my view on the world positively.”

All right, I confess, this week I needed good and healthy all american boys in a "classical" photshoot, the skimpy swimsuit... strange as it's, the magazine that offers us plenty of it is not American, but French. TETU magazine has always a right eyes for "healthy" guys, and this week I would like to feature you three of them, Brock Harris, Evan Wadle and Jay Santucci. We all are interested only at looking at the swimsuit, right? No interest at all for the boys in them... no, no ;-)
Brock Harris, born in 1988, in Stillwater, Oklahoma, is an American model.

( Brock Harris by Randall Mesdon for TETU magazine )
Harris is a Jr. Music Theatre student at the Hartt School of music in Hartford Ct. (as of 2009). He's primarily pursuing a career in acting but he's working as a model on the side.
Back in 2008, Harris became an overnight success after he covered French gay magazine "Têtu" by photographer Randall Mesdon. He quickly got signed with an agency Renegade Models. Aside from Têtu, he's also appeared in wrestling ad campaign for "Asics".
Harris loves the outdoors, hunting, fishing, horse riding, boating, and swimming. Furthermore, he's into wrestling and boxing. He describes himself as a fun loving person: he loves to laugh and make the best of every situation.
---
Evan Wadle, born in 1988, in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, is an American model.

( Evan Wadle by Randall Mesdon for TETU magazine )
Wadle was first discovered back in early 2006 by Silver Management - a modeling site - who hired him on the spot. Since then, this young six-foot shaven haired hottie has managed to land numerous magazine photoshoots and has been photographed by renowned photographers Troy Phillips, Greg Vaughan, Jade Young and Akimitsu Sadoi.
One of his first assignments found him being photographed for the debut issue of new French glossy "M Menseul" and modeling his eight-pack in Genre magazine - a New York city-based monthly periodical written for gay men. There are also his hormonally-charged photos in Joe Oppedisano's "Testosterone" and his steamy black and white photos in Greg Vaughan's "BELLOmag". He is also on TETU magazine by Randall Mesdon.
Wadle's modeling career continued to rise in 2008, when he won the title of February Mate of the Month in "DNA" magazine and now being the face of B*boy Underwear's latest ad campaign by William Baker.
---
Jeremy Santucci aka Jay Santucci, born in 1981, in Maryland, is an American model, best known for his campaigns for Abercrombie & Fitch and Armani Exchange.

( Jay Santucci by Randall Mesdon for TETU magazine )
Santucci spent his childhood on a horse farm, where he trained more than a dozen race horses with his father. He adores his family and friends, all of which support him in all of his endeavors.
Santucci began his modeling career in 2006 by signing on with David Todd at Nous Model Management using another name Jay Sanz. His very first modeling job was working with veteran photographer Bruce Weber for Abercrombie and Fitch billboard campaign.
His strong features and exceptional physique gained the admiration of many advertisers and photographer, and had nailed many magazine spreads for Cargo, Details, and DNR magazine editorials. It was at this time that he changed his name to "Jeremy Santucci."
Now, signed with renowned agency Major Management, Santucci is taking the world of modeling on his hands. He's bagged multiple campaigns for Loehmann's, Emporio Armani, 2ixst and much more. He is on TETU magazine, by Randall Mesdon.
When not modeling, Santucci is into sports, cars and carpetry. His favorite things to do are motor cross, snowboards, wake boarding and working out. He goes to the gym 4-6 times a week and works with Ador Orca Fitness Program Manager and Trainer at New York Sports club, doing both weight training and aerobics.

Justin Monroe is not new to the pages of my LJ, I like him, well, since he has my same passion, that is... well... let us say that part of the male body that usually doesn't receive many attention in picture! I believe that if you take a look to the pictures I will post you will understand better ;-) Anyway, I already featured in the past two models who are in Justin Monroe's coffetable book, Down the Rabbit Hole, and they are Vincent Palazzolo (http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/40734 4.html) and Ziv (http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/37838 8.html): take a look to their post, it's worth. Today instead I will like to feature other three models, Dwain Leland, Nic Haas and Trevor Wayne. As usual I see a lot these models pictures around the net, but seldom I see their names... so here is a little bit about them. Warning: I put under a cut Justin Monroe's pictures since they are a bit not work safe

Justin Monroe's Down the Rabbit Hole
( Justin Monroe's Down the Rabbit Hole )
“I am Dwain Leland, a model being captured on camera and film for physique, character, and fashion projects. Modeling has always been a sort of creative release for me that serves to fulfill passions that have been left untouched by my education (Texas A&M University and Cardozo Law NYC), full-time career as a legal contract administrator at Stanford, or my freelance work as a graphic designer here in Silicon Valley. Recent successes and interest from the industry, however, have turned my eyes toward something greater than modeling being only a part-time candy store for me. Now, I am expanding my portfolio in leaps and bounds as never before, and struggling to find time to relax amidst photographic assignments and traveling. It's becoming clear that the inertia building up inside this dream is making it possible for me to have a career here. Do you want to join me in the dream? Let me know what sort of quality projects you have in mind, and let's get down to work.”

Dwain Leland by Bill McClaren
( Dwain Leland )
Dwain appeared in Justin Monroe's "Down the Rabbit Hole" (two stories "Welcome to the Doll House" and "Black Rabbit"). He was ModelLaunch Fitness Finalist -- Fall 2005, in a 2004 episode of "Rescue Me" and in a 2005 Q4 ad campaign for Gay.com (a subsidiary of Planet Out, Inc). Photographed by artists like Justin Monroe, Mark Jenkins and Thomas Mitchell, he is now modeling for a character in an upcoming full-length animated feature film.

Nic Haas is a 28 year old guy from Wisconsin. In 2001, he quit college wrestling to join the Air Force for 4 years, and then moved to California, where he got serious about modeling and acting. He quickly learned all the basics, from building up a perfect tan to getting that insidious body fat down, fine-tuning his looks along the way, with no less than 7 bodymods. He shoot with Tom Cullis and he is on the cover of “Down the Rabbit Hole” by Justin Monroe. On the movie industry front, Nic’s first movie as screenwriter, “Gingerdeadman II: The Passion of the Crust,” was just released on DVD, and will act in “GI Joe” in summer 2009. Meanwhile Nic does exotic dancing in Hollywood bars, owns a rent-a-stripper company, and is a superhero at night (according to his MySpace profile…).

( Nic Haas )
“I started in this industry shooting artistic and fitness, decided to give up heavy lifting and thin out a little bit and found out it doesn't go away over nite. LOL. I do it all and I'm putting most of my effort into modeling and acting right now with new shoots, cold reading acting classes, commercial classes and private coaching. I'm new to Hollywood. I left the Air Force two years ago and graduated college this year with an English Major. I'm also currently working on three screenplays, fun! I love Hollywood! I'm looking to meet new, exciting, creative people. I'm willing to travel just about anywhere. Let me know if you're interested in shooting, or at least say hi!”

Trevor Wayne (born February 17, 1978) has been photographed by Justin Monroe for DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE and by Eric Schnabel for NIGHT VISIONS. And he is the tattoo artist in Pink's video clip SO WHAT! He worked also with legendary horror artist Clive Barker.
“Every tattoo I have ever gotten just hit me. I'd just have the idea and it would click, like it was meant to be. Any tattoo I had to think about longer than a week I never got. When I'm sure about something, I'm sure! Still to this day 12 years after my first tattoo, I don't regret it. I really don't believe I ever will. As an actor/model they have helped in some ways and hurt in others. Me personally I don't think about them. Every shoot I do I don't even see the tattoos. I don't want to glide by on using them. I want to make photos and videos where the tattoos are secondary to the project, not the main focus. I think using tattoos as the main focus is easy and not challenging, and expected. I feel I've done a great job when I look at a photo and think it would be just as good as if I wasn't tattooed.”

( Trevor Wayne )
“I LOVE COMEDY!! I love playing a spaz or goof ball. I'm not afraid to look stupid for the sake of a laugh. If anything I love it more because it goes against what you'd expect from my look. My first real chance was on a sitcom, another pilot, where actress Brenda Blethyn (The Witches, Atonement) was crying to me about her divorce. You see the back of me and assume I'm some badass tattooed guy who probably doesn't care. Then they cut to the front and I'm crying even harder than her! Then it's she who has to calm me down. We did that in front of a live studio audience and I still get a high when I think about it! The energy and laughter was incredible. I want to play the fun guy, or slapstick comedy guy. There's so much negativity out there as it is. I'd rather put a smile on someone's face - even at my own expense- than to have someone afraid I'm going to mug them!”

Today I'd like to feature an editorial I liked very much. One of the model in it, Nils Butler, I already featured in the past (http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/65736 4.html), and another one, Alex Loomans, is a rising star in the fashion business. Danish guys Bastiaan and Tristan (what a pair of names, they seem out of a novel), are not yet in the stardoom, and so I haven't found so many info about them, but I think that we will hear these two names in the future.
In V Man Magazine, “True to Form” editorial by Willy Vanderperre shows us four male models, Alex Loomans, Nils Butler, Bastiaan Ninaber and Tristan Knight in typical pin up poses of the ’50.

Alex Loomans
( True to Form by Willy Vanderperre )
Born in Burlington, Toronto, Canada, in 1990, Alex Loomans now lives in New York City. Alex started his career in 2006 when he signed up with Public Image Worldwide, one of the formidable men’s agencies in the industry. In April of 2007, Alex hit it big when he was chosen to be the new official face of Polo Ralph Lauren, an epitome of sophistication, class and taste –something that his face, body and allure exudes naturally not only through his ads and photos but in person as well. The model stayed with the label for another season, posing for the great American photographer and occasional filmmaker Bruce Webber. In another career move, he switched agency and signed with DNA New York. From there, he Alex Loomans made some major appearances in the runways and fashion editorials.

Alex Loomans by Tom Allen
( Alex Loomans )
In the fall 2008 issue of Sir magazine, Alex Loomans was captured in several delicious poses by the lens of Geoff Barrenger, one of the most influential Canadian photographers today. Loomans became known for his well-sculptured bod, mesmerizing blue eyes and a chameleon-like projection. Alex Loomans once again proved his photographic charisma in the October issue of Hercules mag for its Leisure Class editorial, where he was splendid-looking in lounge wear and boxers – a perfect figure amidst towering mountain ranges. For Russian GQ, he was photographed by fellow Canadian Walter Chin in a colorful editorial featuring a very poised and subdued Loomans. Going naughty again this time, he appeared in V Man in its spring/summer 2009 issue in very risqué poses proudly exhibiting toned muscles and a lithe physique. This editorial was captured by Belgian photographer Willy Vanderperre in fantastic black and white properly exposing the models almost to the skin. In GQ Style Germany spring/summer 2009 issue, he posed in harmless beige shorts and top with other “Boys of Summer” in its playful and tasty cover. He spent time walking the runways for iconic designers and labels like DSquared2, Galliano, Cavalli and Alexander McQueen and is also active in Fashion Weeks in Europe and New York. Currently, Alex Loomans is still modeling for Ralph Lauren and is the poster boy for Barbour, the classic British outdoor clothing company. Loomans also just recently modeled for the Calvin Klein Spring 2010, John Galiano Fall/Winter 2009-2010. His agencies are namely, FM Agency London, Kult Agency Paris, Beatrice Milan, Success Paris, Unique Denmark Copenhagen, Chosen Chicago and DNA New York. Aside from the tidbit that he loves to ski and snowboard, little is known about his personal life.

Bastiaan Ninaber Van Eijben, born 24 December 1988 at Numansdorp, Holland (nice Christmas gift, isn’t he?), works with FM Models (London), Bananas (Paris), Request (NY), D'Men (Milan), Tony Jones Model Management (Amsterdam). He is actually rakend 38 in the Top 50 Male Models list by Models.com.

( Bastiaan Ninaber )
The unconventional yet timeless appeal of the Dutch has reached a crescendo this season. Fans of Bastiaan's extraordinary beauty gets a double jolt this season with his appearance in the painterly Cerruti campaign by Willy Vanderperre and on the cover of the first L'Officiel Hommes Italia by Milan Vukmirovic. His recent show season, walking for Cerruti, Prada, Ferragamo, Trussardi, Hugo Boss and Dries Van Noten attest to his appeal on the catwalk as well, scoring a perfect trifecta for the Dutchman in the booking wars for the best editorial/advertising/runway work.

Tristan Knights works with Bananas (Paris) and Max Models. Other than in V Man Magazine editorial, True to Form by Willy Vanderperre, Tristan is also in Arena Homme + Magazine editorial, A Young Man of Extraordinary Personal Beauty, always by Vanderperre.

In an issue of Numéro Homme magazine photographer Matthias Vriens-McGrath created a very interesting and naughty editorial, Hot Shots, featuring top models Tyson Ballou and Leandro Maeder as porn stars. It’s a tantalizing journey of tongue-in-cheek references and parody of the adult film industry.

Gabriel Aubry is one of those rare model icons that looms as a bonafide celebrity even as his legacy of fashion bookings marks him as one of the last of that era of male models worthy of the prefix "super". As a long running fixture of the Calvin Klein brand, Mr. Aubry still clocks in for duty to this very day. But model watchers will always remember that incredible run that spanned clients such as Hugo Boss, DKNY, Versace and Tommy Hilfiger.

( Gabriel Aubry )
Born in Montreal, Canada on August 30, 1976, Gabriel Aubry was one of nine siblings. He got his start in modeling in the 90s when a stylist in a night club approached him. Shortly after he started modeling for the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Gianni Versace, Calvin Klein, DKNY, and Valentino to name a few. Aubry was the only male model to ever appear on the cover of Uomo Vogue while appearing in 4 different campaigns at the same time, in the same magazine.
He is signed to Wilhelmina Models in New York City and Beatrice Model agency in Milan, Italy.
Aubry is still within the realms of his booming modeling career - he opened a restaurant, Cafe Fuego, in the East Village on trendy St. Mark's Place, and is currently dating talented actress, Halle Berry, with whom he has a daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry, born 2008.

Brad Kroenig has gotten from the modeling industry, everything that a clever and enterprising young man dreams about. Capital, real estate, an amazing client list (Hermes, Chanel, Fendi, Cavalli, Dom Perignon, Gap, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger!) and a place in fashion history including cameos in Lagerfeld Confidential and his very own multi-volume tome of portraits. You name it, he got it. And THAT is what being an icon is about.

The mid-west doesn’t play around when it comes to handsome men; born April 23, 1979 in the heart of St. Louis, Missouri, Brad Kroenig has been nothing less than a godsend. Originally on the pursuit to make soccer a career, Kroenig’s plans soon changed after he was approached by an agent. Making his debut in 2002 with Abercrombie & Fitch, it’s been nothing but smooth sailing since then. Working alongside of Naomi Campbell that same year, Kronig has since been featured on numerous covers, editorials and campaigns. Best known as Karl Lagerfeld's muse for close to 5 years and working with Karl on his various lines, Brad has still worked with many other top designers and brands such as Roberto Cavalli, DKNY,and Gap. Besides basking in his success, Kroenig still enjoys a good game of soccer and is intrigued with real-estate. He just celebrated the birth of a healthy baby boy in 2008.

I was doing research for my next travel in USA, a possible Broadway show to see when I will be in New York City, when I stumbled upon a juicy news (a bit old, truth be told): one of the models I featured in the past, Matthew Ludwinski (actually he was my first Man Candy, the reason why this weekly appointment was born), is in the cast of Naked Boys Singing performing in Provincetown till September 2 (and I will be in Provincetown on September 7, what a bad coincidence!). Anyway I realized that poor Matthew (who has also a little role in Between Love & Goodbye
, a movie I recently featured on my movie appointment, http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/69564 1.html) has not enough space in this LJ and decided to feature him in the editorial he did for Fantasticsmag. To give to Matthew a good company, with him I will feature also Brett Reeves and Rishi Idnani, both of them in other very interesting Fantasticmag editorials.
Matthew Ludwinski (first up on the left) with the Naked Boys Singing cast performing in Provincetown, Summer 2009
Naked Boys Singing, the international hit musical revue now in its 10th smash year Off-Broadway, returns to Provicetown summer 2009. Opening June 25th at the Post Office Café and Cabaret, Naked Boys Singing is a traditional musical revue, in the vein of Vaudeville and high-camp musical theater, which reminds us that clothes alone do not make the man! The show features six handsome “boys” of various body types with gorgeous voices, perfect comedic timing, and no clothing! With song titles ranging from “The Bliss of a Briss” to the culinary inspired “I Beat My Meat”, Naked Boys Singing is 60 minutes of non-stop music and laughter!
Returning to the cast is 2007’s “Perky Little Porn Star” Steve Riggle. The new cast member’s include David Bryant (“Naked Maid”), Matthew Ludwinski (“Bliss of a Briss”), Ryan Obermeier (“Robert Mitchum”) Eric Restivo (“The Entertainer”), and Kevin Spencer (“Nothin’ But the Radio On”). Steve Riggle was recently seen on the national tour of Cats and Ryan Obermeier was seen as one of the nicest kids in town in the national tour of Hairspray.
Produced and directed by Tom D'Angora and Michael Duling. Conceived and originally directed by Robert Shrock. Music direction by John Thomas, with accompaniment provided by Chris Kong. A previous performance of Naked Boys Singing is available in DVD:
Amazon: Naked Boys Singing
Matthew Ludwinski is 25 years old and was born in Manassas, Virginia. Matthew has been shooting with the hottest photographers in New York, was photographed by Rick Day for Genre Magazine and can be seen everywhere in Daffy’s campaign. He signed with Joy Models in Milan and M&P Models in London.

Only from the title of the post I can smile. Do you remember Enrico and Marcello? They were Men Candy on my LJ some months ago (http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/64833 4.html) and their was a quite controversial love story with a particular happy end: when Enrico met Marcello, he was still underage; to whom question this, remember that Marcello was not much older, barely legal. Anyway they decided to leave Italy, where Enrico lived, for more permissive (apparently) countries, and their chosen profession was high level (and high class) male escort. Now it seems they are happy together, and very enthusiastic in everything they do, like this new field for Marcello, who tries his hand with photography and obviously the muse is his boyfriend, Enrico.
Enrico wrote to me yesterday night asking if I would have liked to post the first part of the shot they did in Mykonos... well, my friend, how could I say no?
( more pics )
The photos were taken this summer in Mykonos, Greece. Soon Marcello will post more images of Enrico and also some self-shots.

Sometime I wonder what makes a pretty boy a trendy model... Beauty of course, but maybe you need something more, or the right moment, or the photographer / stylist who sees in you the difference. Or maybe all above. This week I would like to feature three of the 10 Top Models of the moment. Baptiste is actually ranked n° 1 and someone could wonder why stylists want to dress him as a women...; Jamie has a bit the "bad boy" style and other than that, maybe he is famous also to have been Keira Knightley's boyfriend; finally as I'm doing lately, a new face, Arthur, definitely an unusual face, also a bit scaring...
French model Baptiste Giabiconi is Karl Lagerfeld’s new muse. After posing with only a cardigan and a pair of heels in French Vogue, Lagerfeld got his eyes on for him. You’ve seen him as Jerry Hall’s younger lover-boy in the new Chanel ad campaign but also as Barbie’s Ken during the 50th anniversary. And he really got the best of approval from Lagerfeld himself “He looks like me-well, maybe a better-looking version of me from a long time ago”. Not bad marks when coming from mr K.
( Baptiste Giabiconi )
Baptiste also appeared on French magazine TETU, photographer Steeve Beckouet
( Baptiste Giabiconi for TETU Magazine by Steeve Beckouet )
Baptiste Giabiconi worked brands such as: Chanel Cruise F/W 09, Chanel Handbags F/W 09, Armani Jeans S/S 09, Chanel S/S 09, Fendi S/S 09, K for Karl Lagerfeld S/S 09, Frankie Morello S/S 08. He appeared in the following editorials: Into the Light, Vogue Nippon (Japan); Master of Venice, V Magazine; Legends Of The Fall, V Man; Dynasty, Numero Homme; Sweet Decadence, V Magazine; Sa libre attitude, Vogue Paris; What's Next, Harper's Bazaar; Space Odyssey, Numero Homme.

With his dramatic features and natural intensity Arthur is fast becoming the go to boy for clients in search of the atypical. Is it any wonder then that he was among the busiest boys in Paris this season - or that he has become the face of Jil Sander's eerie minimalist campaigns? From his debut in Dazed to his novel turns in Arena Homme Plus, Arthur has come to represent individuality at its most fashionable.

And he really got the best of approval from Lagerfeld himself “He looks like me-well, maybe a better-looking version of me from a long time ago”. Not bad marks when coming from mr K.

The trio of this week is made up with all men candy from the same model agency, Major Model Management, and the common thread is "hands up". Joking aside, I think they are three different beauty, I'm really intrigued by Anthony, a dark beauty with an Italian name; little info on Brian, but I'm sure we will hear about him; and finally Cory, who is so refined when dressed and so sexy when he is not.
Anthony Gallo, born May 3, 1981, in New York City, New York, is an American model of Italian and African descent. Standing 5-foot-11, Gallo began his modeling career in 2007 by signing on with "Ford Models" and "Next" in Miami. His first modeling jobs were ad campaigns for big companies such as "Phat Farm" and "Sean John." Soon after, Gallo became one of the first African-American faces of "Abercrombie & Fitch," which gave him the mass exposure that secured him another big campaign for "Pepe Jeans." Gallo also appeared in Rihanna's 2008 pop and R&B video, "Take A Bow."

"In 10 years I see myself hard at work with a home outside NYC. I see myself focused on fitness, nutrition, playing/coaching baseball. I got scouted by Major Model' scout back in Summer 2008, in New Jersey where I'm from, outside a concert of John Mayer" - Brian Shimansky
Cory Bond, Major Model, is married to model Bekah Jenkins. Cory Bond and Bekah Jenkins, a true Tennessee couple, recently purchased a hunk of land down there, with a few horses and a couple of pooches to decorate the place. The biggest attraction, however, is Cory’s gun, which he picked up in just 20 minutes at the local Bass Pro Shop. He manages to actually hit the Coors Light cans decorating his makeshift range. “This is what living in the country is all about,” Cory said, adding that the ribs around the corner aren’t bad either. Cory has worked with photographs like Arnaldo Anaya-lucca, Vincent Dilio, Matt Albiani, and Gregory Vaughan.

Kyle Ledeboer (born 1985 in Monrovia, Indiana): “I'm originally from Monrovia, IN a town that is so small that to this day still doesn't have a stoplight. Imagine a few slightly rolling hills with cornfields and small pockets of woods in between. As far as my heritage goes I'm definitely a mutt. Dutch Indonesian, German, Irish, Portuguese, And my step father is black. I would describe myself as always positive, optimistic, understanding, and loud, wild, and fun all at the same time. I say whatever is on my mind with little regard for whats actually coming out of my mouth lol. I never get embarrassed about anything. The first job I did was for a hospital add when I was like 13 or 14. I had no idea at that time what modeling even was. Then when I moved to Arizona for college I kinda fell back into it. My first test was a disaster. I was a deer in the headlights. I had the same expression in almost every picture lol. The best thing to me so far has been all the amazing people I've met throughout my journey. Models, stylists, photographers, people from all walks of life. I've made some great friends."

Ryan Vigilant (born 1983 in Westford, Massachusetts) is one of the last male model for Calvin Klein’s underwear campaign by Joe Lally and he is one of the main model for Ralph Lauren’s Autumn ’08 campaign. He appeared in the Neiman Marcus online campaign and for Ruehl & Gilly Hicks by Bruce Weber. Vigilant started his modeling career in 2005, appearing in editorials, most notably for "Vegas Preview" catalogues and the cover of "Tetu magazine." By 2007, he signed with Major Models and his modeling career started to take off ever since. Vigilant landed ad campaigns for "Levis," "D&G" and "Nike," as well as gracing the pages of "Maxim Style" and has been photographed by numerous elite photographers in the fashion industry: from Greg Vaughn and Joe Lally, in his first two years. Aside from modeling, Vigilant is a sports enthusiast. He has played a variety of sports including football, running, snowboard, squash. To relax, he enjoys cooking and reading. His ultimate dream is to travel around the world and visit every continent.

Dylan Rosser is often showcased in my Man Candy post. I like his style, I like his use of colours, he seems able to find the right colour for every models, enhancing his skin. I like also that he always finds very particular men, without doubt beautiful, but not always a standard (and sometime boring) beauty. Dylan Rosser's models are various and different, able to satisfy every taste. Today I picked three of them, Courtland, very young but I bet with a bright future in the modelling industry, Anthony, not new to the industry, and also a favorite of Fabrice Lachant, another photographer I like very much, and Christian, a cool beauty who unveils unexpected hidden layers.
Courtland Anderson, 20 years old, is partly African American, Dutch and Cheyenne Indian, and was born in a far away city named 'Daygo,' also known as San Diego. When he was seventeen, he decided that dreaming a fairy tale wasn’t enough anymore. He wanted to make it come true, and thus he went on his quest which brought him to Los Angeles, the city of angels, and Hollywood, the city of stars. Here he found his fulfillment, working for television, movies and featuring in music videos. But that isn’t enough for Cortland. He has bigger dreams.

I believe that most of my friends, looking at a picture of a pretty man in black or white underwear, the first thought they would have in mind is Calvin Klein. From the '90 and on, Calvin Klein is one of those fashion firm that has the credit to have created the "male model", before them, the man was only an appendage to the female woman, and most of the time you didn't know the name of those men. So this week I would like to feature three of the men chosen to represent Calvin Klein in the world, two already big names, Andrew Stetson and Garrett Neff, and one that I'm sure will be a big name, Simon Tham.
Andrew Stetson (born August 24, 1979 in Oakville, Ontario) is a Canadian supermodel. Stetson began his career as a carpenter, becoming a male fashion model at the age of 19. Stetson was discovered by Norwayne Anderson of the NAM agency. "I spotted him at a bar and circled him for half an hour so I could see him from every angle," his agent says. "It was his lips and eyes that got me."

( Andrew Stetson )
After a year of modeling in New York and Europe, he returned to renovating homes. Stetson started a home renovation business, Stetson Designs Inc. He says, "I worked right away, doing editorial and catalogues in New York, Paris and Milan. But I really missed carpentry. I missed building things."
Five years later, his friends and family encouraged him to return to modeling. He has since walked for top fashion shows, and has appeared in numerous ad campaigns for Armani, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Zara, Calvin Klein, Levi’s, Bloomingdales, and H&M. Despite his successful modeling career, Stetson says he wants to return to carpentry. "I'm making the most of modelling. But to be honest, I would rather go back to carpentry. I love carpentry. It's not work to me. And it keeps me grounded and balanced. There are not a lot of models who have something else to fall back on." On August 2006, Stetson signed a three-year contract becoming the face of Calvin Klein's new cologne, Euphoria.
Andrew is currently engaged to his elementary school sweetheart.
Garrett Neff (born in Delaware 1986) is an American model. He was discovered at an airport in 2005 while vacationing in Barbados and signed with Click Model Management after a year. He is best known to be the face of Man cologne by Calvin Klein. Garrett Neff worked brands such as: Siviglia S/S 09, Loewe S/S 09, Calvin Klein MAN Fragrance 09, Calvin Klein Underwear F/W 08, Calvin Klein MAN Fragrance F/W 08, Abercrombie & Fitch, Benetton, and Lagerfeld. He has also appeared in: V Man (Hail to the Brief; Extreme Class: The Sharp Dressed Man by Mario Testino; Spring Scenes), L’Uomo Vogue (My Playground, The Unauthorized Miami Diary, by Bruce Weber), L’Officiel Hommes (True Colors by Milan Vukmirovic), and GQ. Currently, he holds the number 2 spot along with Sean O'Pry in the top 50 male models.

( Garrett Neff )
He is a real gym rat. For him working out is the best way to blow off the steam and stress from a long day. But also running and hiking are on his list of favourite pass times. To balance all this healthy exercise, Garett also likes a good barbecue every now and then. Garrett Wayne Neff was born and raised in a little town about one hour drive from Mt Rushmore in South Dakota. He grew up outdoors and spent his time building impressive forts and playing soccer. His dream was to play college ball but he had to give that up in order to attend the University of Hawaii instead.
A dream of a very different kind that involves both Garrett and Hawaii is one of his most unforgettable moments. "Swimming 200-300 yards offshore in Kona, HI to chase down a school of dolphins. It was just a friend and I wearing nothing but fins and a mask." Besides modelling Garrett is also enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose. Garrett Neff graduated from Bucknell University where he was a member of the Division 1 tennis team.
Garrett Neff is also the new body of Calvin Klein’s latest underwear ad campaign by Fabien Baron. His photos will be part of the men’s global print and media campaign launching in 17 countries. Apparently some photos didn’t make the cut since they are too steamy for even the Calvin Klein people. In his last shot, Garrett Neff shows us what it takes to be pretty in the new Spring/Summer 2009 issue of Man About Town by photographer Tom Allen.
Simon Tham is a Thailand male model and one of the last for Calvin Klein’s underwear campaign by Adam Raphael & Gregory Vaughan and for Abercrombie & Fitch with photographer Greg Swales. He is also in the Ralph Lauren’s Autumn ’08 campaign with his friend Kerry Degman.

Lately every time I see a picture of an handsome and young sprawled on a bed or with some sport equipment, my brain immediately connect with one name: Rick Day. I think I'm able 9 to 10 to recognize one of his shot, and it's not only for the bed or sport equipment above, it's also for the use of basic color, white, black and red, and for his ability to turn a simple guy in a sport God. So today I'd like to feature three of these guys, Alex Lago, Erik Bunten and Justin Clynes... I bet that most of my friends already know their pictures, maybe it's nice also to know their names and the name of the photographer who made them so good.
Alex Lago is 19 years old from Duluth, Georgia.

( Alex Lago )
He is actually signed with a modelling agency. He has been in high school plays, involved in several shoots with quite a few models and photographers, been in a couple fashion shows.
“I always bring a great amount of energy and fun to every shoot I do! If you aren't friends with me by the end of the shoot, well..... then..... lets face it..... you're kinda weird! Hahaha”
Erik Bunten, 21 years old from Ft. Pierce, FL, but he has German and Scottish origins (as you can clearly see…). He first got into modeling when he was a in high school, when his aunt started pushing him to try it.

( Erik Bunten )
He is a a full time college student and he is signed with Evolution Management, and has done numerous photo shoots with, for example, Ricardo Salazaar, Ethan James, Adam White, Eric Sutton, and Rick Day.
Even if he is a model, most days he like to go out commando in a pair of jeans, t-shirt, and flops. In his free time, he likes to play a lot of guitar, a little racquetball here and there, spend a ton of time at the gym, and surf a lot.
Justin Clynes is a 24-year-old American actor and model from Hell's Kitchen, New York, who has twice graced the cover of Genre magazine, including a notable tiny-towel cover in October, 2007. He was selected as Cosmo's Guy Without His Shirt back in June, 2005. He's represented by Unity Models and Click Models. Original from Florida but located in NYC. Justin is not just a model, he is a photographer and actor. His face is recognized for being one of Rick Day's muses.

( Justin Clynes )
He's appeared in TV shows including CSI:NY and appeared on Broadway in a revival of The Ritz.
Clynes stands 6 feet 1 inch and weighs 160 lbs. He has appeared in a number of mostly clothing ad campaigns: Simons, Diesel and Macy's.
His favorite things to do are interior and architectural design.
"I have a really creative personality, and I like to use my hands to build things," he says.

This week my Man Candy day is devoted to the men from the cold... people always talk about how sexy it's a latin man, but there is who likes also the ice blue eyes and the pale skin of the men for the East Europe. And so I picked up three very different men but with the same origins: Alexey is from Moscow (Russia), and I bet that many of my friends already know his catlike moves, if not his name; Anton actually lives in New York but his origins are from Belarus; and Jared is a promising new face of the fashion industry from Poland.

( Alexey Veter )
Bendable Russian model Alexey Veter hails from Moscow. He's 25-years-old, hot and knows how to take care of himself - he's big into boxing, Russian-style.
“I like swimming, vodka, Moscow, dance, finance, Polina Griffits, Egypt, ocean, Putin, music, Sweet November, red caviar, yoga, water, Deepest Blue, smiles, John Faulz, Alsou, Russia, crazy ideas, sea, Christina Aguiler, etc. I like photography as an art. All my photos depict inner-me, my ideas, my feelings... I would be glad to work as a model, a creator.... I will be glad to talk with you about everything what you want :)”

( Anton Antipov )
Anton Antipov was born on May 6th, 1983 in Bobruisk, Belarus. At the age of 13, he moved with his family to New York. While attending college and working at A|X, he was approached with several modelling offers. After submitting his photographs to several agencies, he signed with BOSS models.
Anton has done runway work, and has appeared in a published ad campaign for the Italian jewelery company, Pomellato. He also starred in a coffee table book by famed photographer Kal Yee, and has been featured on the websites Allamericanguys and Sixpacknow.

( Jarek Pietka )
Jarek Pietka is 19 years old model from Warsaw, Poland. This 6'1" (185cm) looker with green eyes is represented by KS Management. Now, he walks the runways for big names as Calvin Klein, Frankie Morello, Dsquared and Gucci.
Jared Pietka appeared on Issue #1.09 of Toni Perez and Victor Soria’s online magazine Vanity Teen. After his appearance in Contributing Editor, he looks better than ever, thanks to Zuzanna Krajewska and Bartek Wieczorek.

This week my Man Candy post is a pout purri! I decided to feature you three different men, all models from the same agency, Vision Model Management in Los Angeles, but all of them with a personality all of their own. Adam is the classical All American Boy, next door good boy; Carlos is a latin beauty, maybe a bit latin lover; Lee is exotic, with an aurea of mystery around him. And so, friends, don't tell me that I don't work hard to find men that could fit your dream ;-)

( Adam Phebus by Bruce Weber )
( Adam Phebus )
( Adam Phebus by Ronald N. Tan )
Adam Phebus, 22 years old, moved to LA in 2005 from Michigan in search of himself. In this search, he found a love for the entertainment industry and modeling. He enjoys being a working model, but he really wants to use modeling as a vehicle to make money and establish a name behind his face while he breaks into acting and then eventually getting into business as well. He has a great circle of supportive friends in LA and he considers himself very blessed to have them all behind him 100%.
Adam Phebus appeared in Abercrombie and Fitch catalogue by Bruce Weber, The Buckle, Target, JC Penney, OUT magazine, Tetu magazine, 17 magazine, Instinct magazine, Charlotte Russe, Gianfranco Ruffini Italy, American Crew, K Swiss, Guess, Madame Figaro magazine and various other catalogues. He is the cover man for DNA Magazine #110 by Ronald N. Tan, February 09.

Carlos Freire by Rick Day
( Carlos Freire by Rick Day )
( Carlos Freire by Fabien Montique )
( Carlos Freire )
Carlos Freire (real name: Carlinhos Freire), born in 1985, in Brazil, is a model, perhaps known for gracing the front cover of "Style: Men" magazine in 2007. Freire has always been a good-looking kid. He began to do modeling as a teenager. However, he was truly “discovered” by 40 Graus Models in 2006. Before long, Freire was featured in countless magazines including Vanity Fair, Out, Quem, Drops, and in 2007, landed the front cover of Style: Men magazine. Freire walked the biggest designer's runways and had posed for top Brazilian photographers Fernando Torquatto and Michael Roberts. In 2007, Freire did a large perfume campaign for "Lab Series" and also bagged a billboard ad for book, music and stationary store "Super Sports" in Bangkok.
During his spare time, Freire enjoys riding his motorcycle, working out, watching movies and swimming at the beach. He recently shot in Rio with Rick Day and with Fabien Montique in New York. He is represented by Vision Model Management in L.A. and Major Model Management in N.Y.

Lee Kholafai by Rick Day
( Lee Kholafai by Rick Day )
( Lee Kholafai by Doug Inglish )
( Lee Kholafai )
Lee Kholafai is a 23-year-old model from Mobile, Alabama. He is represented by Vision LA, RED NYC, FRONT Miami, Elite Milan and Fashion Cult in Greece. He never thought he would be a male model, he actually dreamed of being in the America's National Football League one day but an ankle injury kind of messed that up.
Kholafai has been in the industry for almost 2 years. He was first discovered while walking in South Beach, Miami on the road. He was walking one day on the beach and decided to walk on the road on the way back to make it shorter. Then a black Yukon pulled up to him and asked him about modeling and that's when he decided to give modeling a try.
Standing 6"1' feet tall and 165 lbs., Kholafai quickly began to book jobs working with a lot of great photographers. He has been featured in numerous editorials magazines, such as Genre (also cover by Rick Day) and Vogue and works with many photographer as Doug Inglish. He has also done high profile campaigns for Calvin Klein and International Jocking; and runway shows as well as a commercial.
Kholafai is ambitious, full of confidence and feels absolutely comfortable posing in front of the camera, even saying his "main goal everytime is to make the camera sweat."

These days in blogs there are a lot of posts on various Gay Pride parades all over the world. They are funny, they are colorful and I like to see them all. But this morning I found a picture that is so romantic, I can't not share with you:

This is from the Gay Pride in Berlin. A photographer took pictures of people parading and witnessing. The two men on the pics apparently didn't know they were on the lens, they are behind a wall of people and they are looking at the parade... hand in hand! How cute! And the matching leather outfit? I'm still smiling :-)

This week my Man Candy Day post will be devoted to the young and talented ;-) And to Adam Bouska. I like this photographer, I like his use of lines, that sometime distorts the figure, but that exalts the merit of the subject. And I like that he shots very famous, almost famous and pretty unknown men. This week I chose Aaron Renfree, a former boys band member, who has done the good choice to go back to his study to better himself, and a boy of promise for the classic ballet, Tommy Panto, that gives us a nice insight in that world.
Aaron Renfree was the oldest member of S Club 8.They achieved 6 top ten hit singles and 2 top ten albums and were the first group ever in the UK to have three consecutive no.2 hit singles. They were winners of the Disney Channel Awards for Best Newcomers and nominated for Record of the Year 2002 for 'One Step Closer'. In 2003 they embarked on their own sell-out tour S Club United performing in front of a total of 150,000 people. After they split in 2004, Aaron went back to college to take performing more seriously. Last year he graduated from Laine Theatre Arts, where he trained for a Diploma in Musical Theatre. Aaron is now performing in Flashdance the musical which is touring the UK till june 2009.

( Aaron Renfree by Adam Bouska )
Aaron Paul Renfree (born 19 December 1987) starred in I Dream but did not appear in every episode due to studying for his GCSEs at the time of filming. After S Club 8 split in 2004, he joined dancing company TK Spin, who work at Pineapple Dance Studios in London. He left the company a year later. Since 2007, Renfree has been a member of dance group Jongleurs, created by Aaron and Courtney McGrath. All members of the group have had professional training at Surrey-based dance college Laine Theatre Arts, where Renfree studied. He recently played the part of Dandini in Cinderella, Assembly Halls Theatre, Tunbridge Wells. Renfree appeared in Flashdance the musical from July 2008.
Tommy has been dancing since the age of 10 and has danced in such companies as the New York City Ballet, Atlanta Ballet, American Ballet Theater, and New Mexico Ballet. He started his dancing with the New Mexico Ballet Company under the direction of Patricia Dickinson. After two years he was moved to soloist and at the age of 14 he was accepted into the School of American Ballet. He spent the next four years training with SAB, and dancing with New York City Ballet and American Ballet Theater. After his graduation from SAB Tommy attended college and recently received his degree in Business of Finance and Merchandise Marketing. During that time he met Marat Dukayev, the prestigious Russian Kirov principal dancer, in Los Angeles and over the last year has become his protege.

( Tommy Panto by Adam Bouska )
In 2006 Tommy Panto danced with The Ballet Collective / LA in the 2 act story-ballet Sweet Revenge (DIE FLEDERMAUS) as Eisenstein by artistic director John Castagna: two years in the making, this contemporary retelling of the Strauss comic operetta was presented at Barnsdall Gallery Theatre on September 29 & 30, 2006. In 2006 and 2007 Tommy Panto danced in the Nutcracker with Lake Arrowhead Classic Ballet Company and the Metropolitan Ballet Theatre at Blessed Trinity in Roswell. Tommy Panto was one of the male dancers at the Metropolitan Ballet Theatre school and had several parts, including the Snow King and the Arabian Prince. He took most classes with the ladies, but there was also a special male class. The school had five male dancers, ranging in age from 12 to 21: boys in ballet “bond in high school and with online groups,” Tommy said.
In the upcoming year he has numerous competitions and performances all over the US, and is auditioning for the Royal Ballet of London, La Scala, Dutch National, and New York City Ballet for soloist contracts. His current repertoire includes: The Nutcracker (Snow King, Flowers Cavalier, Sugar Plum Cavalier, Nutcracker Prince), Balanchine's Serenade (male soloist), Balanchine's Tchaikovsky Pas De Deux, Swan Lake (Pas de Trois, Prince Siegfreid), and La Bayadere (Solor).

Adam Bouska, a photographer I like very much, shot the winner and finalists of the America's Gay Bachelor Contest 2009, a contest holds by a gay matchmaking website, MyPartner. What made me smile is that the presentation of the website says "Gay Long Term Relationship" and the first question on the member's profile is if they are "family guys"... probably there is much less behind, but at least I like the cover!
For the enjoyment of my female friends and to give a tip to my "more romantic" male friends, here are winner and finalists:
Winner: Mr. California
( Winner: Mr. California )
( Finalist: Mr. Arizona )
( Finalist: Mr. Indiana )
( Finalist: Mr. Massachusetts )
( Finalist: Mr. Rhode Island )
I have to say that, all in all, Mr. California is nice, but my favorite is Mr. Massachusetts.

Since
jaye_valentine was particularly happy to see my post on the Guedes Twins, I thought to bring out of the stable two pair of twins that were waiting the right occasion to be posted. The first pair, the Caesar Twins, are still in activity, they are performers and works mostly in Europe. The second pair, the Nemesis Twins, came out in 2005-2006 in an American television show; I didn't follow their career, and apparently now they are no more in activity.
The Caesar Twins are a theatrical-gymnastics team made up of Pierre Caesar and Pablo Caesar. Their abilities and show have been compared with the high level of Cirque Du Soleil performances. Pierre and Pablo are real twins born in 1980 in Poland. The brothers studied gymnastics in their youth, and at age 17 became Youth World Champions in acrobatic sports. At 18, they started performing in a modern German circus.
( Caesar Twins )
In 2002, while performing an act called "Wheel of Death", Pablo fell 16 meters to the floor. As reported by newspapers at the time, some people in the audience at first thought the fall was part of the act. In reality, Pablo was severely injured and required extensive surgery and months of rehabilitation. He persevered with his brother as training partner, and together they brought Pablo back into gymnastic fitness, rebuilding his muscles and coordination.
In 2004, the Twins starred in the cabaret La Clique, at which they officially premiered their renewed twin act. They went on to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe that year, where they returned in 2005, selling out their entire run, and again in 2006, featuring a dual twin show with the Lombard Twins.
The duo's self-titled show runs to about 90 minutes, offering an entertaining combination of aerial and ground gymnastics, tricking the audience, especially as to which twin is which, and telling their own life stories, including Pablo’s 2002 fall and rebirth through recovery. The show ends with a unique routine, in which the two brothers do a gymnastics routine in and around a large, clear acrylic glass bowl onstage, symbolically representing their ongoing journey together, which began in utero in the "salt bath" of their mother’s womb.
The brothers are 1.63 m (5 feet 4 inches) tall, with blond hair. They have twin tattoos, of a puma, encircling one biceps, with Pablo’s on his right arm and Pierre’s on his left to form mirror images in their act. The Twins openly play with sexuality and sex appeal in their show. Although both are straight, they happily acknowledge a large gay following, have performed at a variety of AIDS benefits, and profess a desire for tolerance of gays and other minorities.
The Caesar Twins have played throughout Europe and in Australia. Their appearances in Great Britain have included the Royal Variety Show, Edinburgh Festival Fringe, London’s Comedy Theatre, and Brighton Festival Fringe. Until spring 2009, they will perform during a Jamie Oliver theatre/meal show in Frankfurt, Germany.
---
Nemesis is an openly gay pop music duo consisting of the identical twin brothers Jacob and Joshua Miller. The pair can be differentiated by their hair colors; Jacob is blond, while Joshua's hair is brown. Joshua is also a few minutes older than Jacob. They were raised as Jehovah's Witnesses in Kalispell, Montana but have since left the religion. They were excommunicated after coming out. The journey of the duo can be seen on the Logo television network reality series entitled Jacob and Joshua: Nemesis Rising. The show premiered on October 16, 2006.
( Nemesis Twins )
Nemesis has been signed with Curb Records since 2001. The duo released the EP Let Me Help You Out in 2005. Number One in Heaven, the first single from the album Rise Up, was released in September 2006 and was quickly followed by Rise Up in October to coincide with the premiere of the reality show. The music video for Number One in Heaven could be seen on the Click List Music program of Logo. It also aired on MTV Hits, which, like Logo, is owned by MTV Networks.

Have you ever wonder who is the beautiful man on a romance cover? Some of them are quite famous, but they are all cover models for het romances, till now the cover models for M/M romance novels were only a beatiful "torso", sometime nice eyes, but no names. eXtasy Books changed the trend and hired a real model, with a name, for the cover of three books (for now) by A.J. Llewellyn, Adam Killian
From various source I learned that Adam is not only very handsome but also smart, funny and of course sexy.
Adam Killian was the Desert Angel by Henning von Berg and he appeared on the cover of Alpha Males always by Henning von Berg and published by Bruno Gmunder. He will appear on the June cover of Men Magazine by photographer Mick Hicks.

Adam Killian is on the cover of The Cannibal King's Husband (book 12 in the Phantom Lover series) by A.J. Llewellyn released on May 15 at www.extasybooks.com and he is going to be on the next two covers in the Phantom Lover series. The photo shoot for these cover were made by photograher Tom Nelson in a tropical setting befitting the Phantom Lover series.
Adam is a videographer (for Manifest Men, Chi Chi Larue's companies and Falcon companies) as well as an adult performer, he knows how he looks best. He has been working in the modeling/film industry since high school. He travelled all around the world, from the runways in Tokyo to the biggest clubs in Ibiza, Spain. He has created and performed in dance shows for Mardi Gras in Sydney to Mardi Gras in New Orleans and he is always ready for the next adventure and to work with creative, inspiring and talented people.
( Adam Killian by Tom Nelson )
As adult performer Adam Killlian was also up for several Grabby Awards (honoring the best in gay adult videos) for his work behind and in front of the camera. He won the Grabby for Best Duo Sex Scene, Best Man 2 (Falcon) with Zeb Atlas, and was nominated for Best Videography, with Brad Austin for Excess (Rascal) and with Brad Austin and Hue Wilde for Black Meat White Heat (All Worlds Video).
His scene from the upcoming Falcon video The Trainer is available for download right now from the Falcon site. In the movie Adam plays a photographer who gets in on with two of his models (played by Ty Colt & Leo Giamani). Adam is also in the all-star flick "Taken - to the lowest level" from Channel 1 Releasing directed by Chi Chi LaRue; it will feature 18 hot guys all with a huge resume. Adam Killian is on the cover of the DVD along with Mitchell Rock and he recorded and released his first single called "Take Me" for this movie, available on iTunes. In the past Adam has done a cameo appearance at almost at every live show broadcast from Studio 1010. He's co-starred in one video in the gallery. He's co-starred in a live show. He's got one set of pics (so far) in the Manifest photography gallery. He's been involved in all Manifest Men videos for the past year but remained largely unseen. Adam continues to work as a model (including Playgirl) and dancer and videographer for gay adult films. Last year he took a bolder step by appearing in the Falcon video Best Men 2 with Zeb Atlas.

Some weeks ago I posted on a very particular model, Max Rogers (http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/51309 5.html). He is for sure something else with that curly hair, but what actually drawn me was that Black & White photos of him completely naked on the cover of GQ Style. I was lucky enough to find the original editorial, Masculinity Stripped Bare for GQ Style S/S 08, Photographer Sølve Sundsbø and article by Tom Ford. Essentially the editorial is a praise to the beauty of a naked male body, and I obviously agree with it.

( Masculinity Stripped Bare by Sølve Sundsbø )
Sølve Sundsbø is a Norwegian photographer who lives in London. His career began when four months into a course at the London College of Printing he became Nick Knight’s assistant. Now Sundsbø is a regular contributor to magazines including Pop, i-D, Dazed and Confused, Numéro, Visionaire and Vogue Nippon. He has also worked with various high-profile clients including Yves Saint Laurent, Hermes, Nike, Lancôme and Mac cosmetics, as well as shooting album covers for Royksopp and Coldplay. Sundsbø was voted best newcomer at the ‘International Festival of Fashion’ in Hyeres in spring 1999 and was chosen as Fashion Photographer by Creative Review for their ‘Creative Futures’ exhibition in Autumn 1999. Sølve Sundsbø is represented Art + Commerce
In a recent editorial Solve Sundsbo worked again with Max Rogers and Ricardo Guedes, again with the theme of the beauty of a naked body, but this time in warm colors and to exalt a product
( Sølve Sundsbø )
Ricardo Guedes is a Portoguese model who started to work as an item with his identical twin. Pedro and Ricardo Guedes were born in Porto, Portugal, May 1, 1979. They are 28. Ricardo has a son named Tiago. They started to model in 1997, for Miguel Flor and Lisboa Fashion, hand in hand like two little good boy, after the usual scouting at a bus-stop by Fatima Magalhães.

Jamie Jewitt, 18 years old, is an English model. He is signed with FM Agency London, VNY Model Management New York and Success Models Paris. There is a service that often catches my eyes when I wander the net, mostly for a pic of my former Man Candy Kerry Degman (http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/46191 8.html) in a very Leather Daddy attire. But the same editorial hosted among the most famous male model of the moment and today I'd like to feature two of them. The Editorial is for Arena Homme +, One's Real Life is Often The Life That One Does Not Lead, November 2008, by Steven Klein with models, Kerry Degman, Duran Bunch, Paul Anthony, Bryton Munn, Travis Bryant, Charles Devoe, Travis Hanson, Sascha Kooienga, Caleb & Doug Porter.

He also appeared on Tetu Magazine by Bruno Staub and for Abercrombie & Fitch by Bruce Weber.

Doug Porter is looking as hot as usual is in the new issue of Numero shot by Matthias Vriens. Doug has one of the most proportioned bodies in the business. Always by Matthias Vriens, Doug Porter was photographed also for OUT magazine wearing a cowboy hat and speedos: he sure looks good enough to eat. Doug Porter, born 1983 in New York, is an American model. Porter got his career start in life as a Navy. An agent spotted him one day and gave him his card and he then entered into the world of modeling. At the time, Porter was seriously considering joining the U.S. Navy for good. It wasn't long after signing with Major Model Management that he landed work as a professional model. Before long, Porter – who sports tattoos on his chiselled bicep – was featured on the covers of dozens of magazines such as "Men's Matters," "M Mensuel," "Arena"; had modeled for name brands like "Lei Marco," "D2Squared," "Adidas," just to name a few; and had posed for top photographers Bruce Weber, Greg Vaughan, and Bell Soto.

Some weeks ago I posted two pictures of Sean O'Pry from L'officiel Hommes #13 by Milan Vukmirovic that were greatly appreciated by my friends. The Editorial was called Fur'ious, and all the models in it, Sean O'Pry, Nils Butler, Niels Rabbe, David Fair, Mihaly Sepreny Martins and Marlon Teixeira are languidly lying in beds of furs. Two of the model I already featured in the past, Sean O'Pry (http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/63702 4.html) and David Fair (http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/50226 6.html), today I would like to present you Nils Butler and Marlon Teixeira. But first, enjoy all the luscious models in the editorial:
( Fur'ious by Milan Vukmirovic )
Nils Butler: It's almost a cliche to call Nils Butler a sculpted beauty. With cheekbones that could cut glass, Nils' stock is certainly assured with the blue chip clients. Nils Butler signed with Ford Models Europe and is the new image of Trussardi, F/W 08, substituing Sean O'Pry who was the image of the past season (shot by Milan Vukmirovic). He has also appeared in: FHM Collections (Germany) (Nils in FHM Deutschland by Emilio Tini), Love Magazine (A-Z, portraits by Karim Sadli), Fantasticsmag (Hey Dude by Anthony Chambert) and V Man (True to Form by Willy Vanderperre). His agencies are DNA Models (New York), Ford Models Europe (Paris) and Why Not Model Management (Milan). He is ranked 47 among the best male models.

Marlon Teixeira: Newcomer in the Modeling World, Marlon Teixeira, 16 years old, has been confirmed as the new face of Dior Homme. The campaign was shot by Karl Lagerfeld. Marlon Teixeira, born in Balneario Camboriu/Santa Catarina, Brazil, has Half Portuguese, 1/4 Indian, 1/4 Japanese origins. His grandmother introduced him to Anderson, Way Model´s owner, who is a great friend of his family. His favorite things are learning new things, traveling, surfing, going to the beach, movies, kiwi juice. His favorite song is "Faz Parte Do Meu Show" by Cazuza, but he admit to be very ecletic. He prefers to wear jeans, flip-flops and a basic t-shirt and would love to visit Indonesia, Maldives, Hawaii and Australia. Currently he is obsessed with growing up professionally and learning as much as he can from this business. Marlon Teixeira brands such as Giorgio Armani F/W 08 by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. He has also appeared in: Hercules Magazine (You Better Work by Giampaolo Sgura, with models Andres Velencoso, Tyson Ballou, Terron Wood and Marcus Schenkenberg) and W Magazine, June 2009 (with Ginnifer Goodwin and Michele Graglia by Steven Klein). He was also on the cover of: L'Officiel Hommes Singapore F/W 08 by Sofia Sanchez and Mauro Mongiello and Hercules Magazine F/W 08 Giampaolo Sgura. His agencies are Way Model Management (Sao Paulo), Wilhelmina New York (New York), Premier Model Management (London), Marilyn Agency (Paris), Fashion (Milan). Marlon is ranked 21 among the best male models.

Photographer Sandro & Maykson are a photographic duo that recently worked a lot with real life couple (and committed partners) Marcello and Enrico de Giuli for DNA Magazine. Marcello and Enrico are quite a controversial couple, both for their age (they are really young, 22 and 19 years old and their relationship started when Enrico was 16 years old), both for their chosen career, high payed (and quality) escorts. I remember that last year I read a novel about a young hustler: in the book the young boy was not the usual mistreated man with an abusive past, he chose to be an hustler since he liked sex and he thought that there wasn’t nothing bad in turn sex into his career. He had a comfortable apartment in a little building he managed, and he rented the other rooms to other young hustlers, giving them the chance to not being on the street, alone and unsafe. I also remember that, in my post, I wondered about that, if it was possible to be really safe and happy with a similar choice, and there were people who commented and said that they actually know young men that did the same thing, maybe as a way to go through college or to have enough money to build a solid basis for their future life. So probably Marcello and Enrico are not the only one to start along this path with a business mind approach, and probably this is the way to be the master, and not the object. The thing that strikes me more is that both Marcello than Enrico (maybe a little more Enrico), have still those “baby” faces on them, they are still so young, and sincerely, I can’t link those faces with the chosen career… but this is the 34 years old in me who is speaking!

Marcello de Giuli: “I’m 22 years old, dark-haired, tanned and tonned, hot, well hung. Penetrating green eyes and extremely precise at what I do. I’m also very athletic. I fancy radical sports – very enticed by the rush of adrenalin I feel when I’m skateboarding, surfing, jet skying, snowboarding… Among my passions, travelling is highly rated. I’ve lived in several countries, and reckon this added a great deal to my cultural repertoire. English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese are languages I’ve got a good command of. I can carry out a pleasant conversation, about various topics, I enjoy eating out and international cousine. I love Italian food (that goes without saying), Japanese… and I’m crazy about chocolate. I adore the night life and its fast pace… clubs, electronic music, the pursuit of fun. On the other hand, there is a more tender side to me as well, which enjoys a beautiful day by the beach, or staying in under a cozy blanket on brisk winter days, preferably watching a good movie with quality wine.”

( more pics )
Enrico de Giuli: I’m 19 years old and come from the North of Italy, where I’ve just finished secondary school. I’ve got blond hair and aquamarine-green eyes (due to my German origins) and perfectly smooth brown soft skin. I’m really laid-back, I enjoy staying in and hanging out in my flat. I’m a very friendly lad with no attitude, who enjoys having a good conversation, dining in good restaurants… and having a fun time! I’m extremely charismatic. I’m all about exercising as well, some of my favourite past-times are jogging and swimming. I’m fit and well hung. Contemporary art and modern city landscapes are things I’m quite keen on. I love spending an afternoon in a great museum and just noticing how far some of these artists’ imagination can go. I’m worldwise and have travelled to many different countries. I can speak Italian, English, Portuguese and French.”

The Couple: Marcello de Giuli is 22 years old, was born in Brazil, and descends from Italians. Throughout his youth he worked in the family business of furniture design and rapidly stood out as a magnificent interior designer as well as a top-of-the-line staff manager. Three years ago he decided to depart from his former life in Brasil and embark upon a journey around the world. Due to his dual citizenship, he selected Italy as his initial destination. Marcello was astounded by the beauty of Rome. Everything was new, everything was fresh. The hustle and bustle of the city, the delightful sights… But little did he know, for on that very evening he would meet his perfect match. He ventured into his first night out, and as he walked into a night club he immediately set his disarming green eyes onto Enrico de Giuli (at the time only sixteen but already an outstanding student at college), who reciprocated his magnetic look and was immediately drawn to him. By the end of the night they had already made plans for a future together… They later on defined this night as pure magic…
This would have been a perfect contemporary love story… but there was catch to it! The Italian laws strictly forbid someone who’s underage to engage in any sexual activity with someone who’s over eighteen… However, Love always finds a way… Inspired by this love they fled to Zurich, Switzerland, with a burning ambition to achieve several goals. As a path towards achieving such goals they started working as escorts, a job they’ve loved from the very start. Following Marcello’s desire to become a “citizen of the world”, after a few months they moved to Paris. As they’ve always been very professional and concerned with excellence in everything they do, it was a matter of days before they acquired a lot of recognition in the Parisian scene. Not only for their youth and beauty but also for a complete deluxe service which aimed towards catering thoroughly for each clients needs and providing them with a luxurious space in a posh vicinity where his clientele could feel comfortable and at ease. It was in Paris that they had their first “special clients” with whom they’ve taken incredible trips in which they got to know a great variety of places in the world and developed long-lasting friendship.
In May 2007, they were ready for the next step: London. Amongst the fierce competition they soon became prestigious for their professional marketing and heavenly, five star hotel calibre service. They were again, in love… but this time, not only with each other, but also with the city of London. It didn’t take long for them to regard London as their favourite city and therefore establish themselves in the UK.
In January 2008, they celebrated this union and married, and from then on engaged in different areas. In March 2008, they were awarded as “Best Escort Agency” in the Escort Awards 2008, and Marcello was finalist as “Best Escort”, an award that was granted to one of the escort who works for them.

I know, I know that posting these pictures some of my friends will say that Sean is too feminine, that it's strange to see male models dressed and posed as female models, but from what I know, Sean only follows what the fashion dictates and if the fashion says that a model has to be dressed in furs and flowers, who am I to be against it? And then Sean in furs and flowers is soo cute...

Sean Richard O'Pry (born July 5, 1989) is an American male model from Kennesaw, Georgia who was the face of fashion house Calvin Klein for several seasons and is best known for being GQ's Man of the Season in late 2007.
He is currently the second most successful male model in the world behind Mathias Lauridsen on models.com list of the Top 50 international male models, as of January 2009. In early 2008, he was named the world's eighth most successful male model of all time by Forbes publications. He is best known for his pillowed lips and hooded blue eyes.
In 2006, the 17-year-old O'Pry was discovered from his prom photos on MySpace by Nolé Marin, fashion-editor of ELLE magazine (US). Before his discovery, in April of 2006, Bert Hamilton photographed O'Pry, who he found from Sean's profile on the popular modelling networking site: http://www.modelmayhem.com.
Over two years later, O'Pry has featured in numerous advertising campaigns (Joop S/S 09, H&M S/S 09, Lacoste S/S 09, Giorgio Armani F/W 08, Trussardi F/W 08) and editorials for: Dazed & Confused (Fashion Forward_Dior Homme by Mariano Vivanco), Interview (Paris Nights by Anthony Maule), V Man (Suit Yourself by David Sherry), Numéro Homme (Le Grand Jeu by Greg Kadel), L’Officiel Hommes (Fur’ious by Milan Vukmirovic), GQ Style Russia (Sean by Arnaldo F/W 08 by Arnaldo Anaya Luca), Details Magazine (Graphic Content by David Armstrong).
He was on the cover of GQ Style, Spring/Summer 07, by Phil Poynter, and GQ Style Russia, Fall/Winter 08, by by Arnaldo Anaya Luca. He also appears in ads and editorials for Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana, Gianfranco Ferré, Marc Jacobs, Dsquared2, American Eagle, Bottega Veneta, Fendi, GQ, Barneys, Belstaff, D2, Arena, and Diesel.
His runway credentials include opening Versace, Yves Saint Laurent, Givenchy and Salvatore Ferragamo, and closing Moschino, Trussardi and Zegna.
O'Pry is good friends with fellow models Eddie Klint and Vincent LaCrocq. His interests include football and lacrosse.

Some weeks ago I posted on a nice picture by Bruce Weber for Abercrombie & Fitch catalogue: two very nice young men, naked, in a Lost Paradise setting... In a source I supposedly found the name of the two model, Tyler Lough and David Fair, and I posted about them (http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/50226 6.html). Problem was, while Tyler was quite recognizable, the supposed David was half hidden (for how much a naked man could be hidden...), and in fact someone commented to say that he was not David Fair, but T.J. Wilk. Your Elisa, made a thoroughly "research" (oh yes, sometime mine is an hard work) and found a quite strong proof to grant the identity to T.J. Wilk:
Proof 1: shot by Bruce Weber

Proof 2: shot by Tony Duran

there are some "lines" that are quite unmistakable...
Terry “T.J.” Wilk, born in 1979 in Cleveland, Ohio, is an American model, actor, musician and champion diver. 6' 1" tall Wilk has appeared on The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency on the Oxygen Network, having been selected as a model by Janice Dickinson because of his well-proportioned body. Janice Dickinson picked TJ when he was just a nanny. He has been working as nanny for almost three years. Even to this day, he is still a nanny to three little girls and lives in the guest house on the family's property in Beverly Hills, while pursuing his dream as a model and actor.
( more pics )
Wilk has graced the pages of DNA Magazine (20-page cover layout was devoted to him), and was featured in the November issue of Ocean Drive Magazine, photos taken by world famous photographer Tony Duran. He also shot for Abercrombie & Fitch with Bruce Weber and for Thom Fleming. Wilk has also done numerous runway and editorial campaigns including 2(x)ist, Diesel Jeans, and most recently strutted the runway for Tommy Hilfiger charity, "Race to Erase MS."
Wilk is also a champion diver, placing 17th in the nation for 3 meter springboard diving. Wilk enjoys playing drums, reading biographies of famous entertainers, modeling and being around children. He's been behind the drums for more than 25 years playing mostly jazz, rap and rock. He listens to Paul Hardcastle, Four Play, Van Halen, Rush, Dream Theatre, Guns N Roses, Bone Thugs N Harmony, and Snoop Dogg.
His friends described him as loyal, honest and goofy. "I'm very animated and not afraid of making a complete *ss of myself," TJ has said.

My Men Candy are 1 years old! Now don't think bad, I'm not crading the cuddle ;-) it's only that one year ago, a very bored Elisa posted her first Man Candy, Matthew Ludwinski, and from that moment on I was hooked, means that all my friends now want more... and I decided to give you a lot more! I'm throwing a Brazilian party, sponsored by talented photographer Didio (well, he is very generous in his blog...), and with a lot of hot brazilian guys... So come in my cabana near the beach (means my LiveJournal), since I will not post on my friends page (to avoid angry emails...). Honor Guests:

It was not the first time that Didio shot group models for Junior Magazine; in the past he used 10, and I said 10 beautiful models at the same time: Jonas Sulzbach (again), Thiago Vieira, Marlon, Zaidan, Max, Renan Bonin, Felipe, Bruno Rodriguez, William, Flavio.

( more pics )
Thiago Vieira is a brand new face (and body) from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He's represented by L'Equipe and for a newbie, he sure seems to know what he's doing.

( more pics )
Renan Bonin is only 19 years old but he was the winner of the most online votes at the VMan Ford Models model search 2008. Even though he had not scored a spot at the cover of VMan 11, his win guaranteed him a much coveted editorial on the issue. He was born in Campinas, Brazil, but lived all his life in Americana. Now he is living in São Paulo to work as a model. He started his career as a model when he finished high school, in 2008. He decided to become a model because it's a unique opportunity to travel around the world, to know many nice places and learn a lot about different cultures. It's a great life experience a dream coming true for him, but it's not easy.

( more pics )
Bruno Rodriguez is a new arising star between the Brazilian male model. He was already featured on DNA Magazine.

My Man Candy of today is a total theft: I saw him yesterday night on
lusiology livejournal (http://lusiology.livejournal.com/176646.h tml) and had to steal him. I have always had a passion for Native American, in the Old Western movie I always cheered for them and when I went to see Dances with Wolves I was totally in love with Rodney A. Grant (who was Kevin Costner in comparison...). So when I saw a pic of Rick Mora, a full lenght pic..., I was drooling on it and immediately decided that HE was my next man candy (poor lad who was waiting to be posted has to wait next week, sorry)!

Next May 1, the Man Candy on my LiveJournal turns one years old, talk of cradling the cuddle... Matthew Ludwinski was my first!May 1 will be a Friday but national holiday in Italy and I will be free at home for all the day (and this is the reason why one year ago I posted the first man candy...), and so I thought to celebrate with you.
Many of my friends, especially authors, said that they recognize their characters in my Men Candy, but also readers are invited to play: send me your coupling between a Man Candy and a character on a book, and I will do a little post about it. It's not necessary for you to choose among my Men Candy, but please try to choose a model/actor of whom you know the name, so I can do a personalized post.
Astrid Amara told me that she chose Mathias Lauridsen as face for Brian Day in Hell Cop. Then months ago Clare London told me about someone else, Kent Edwards I believe, but don't remember her character. Rhyss DeCassilene used my Men Candy for the characters of a book of Jay Lygon...
Anyway, friends, look and write to me, and together we will plan a beautiful birthday party for the Men Candy.
Hope you like the idea, I'm waiting for your suggestions. To help you, all my Men Candy are collected here:

Ahah I know what most of my friends were thinking, "we couldn't care less of Amazon, it's Monday and we WANT the Man Candy!". Sorry guys, I was really thinking to not post it this week, I believed that there were more important things to blog about, but then we received good news, books by Jane Davitt, Alex Sanchez, Alex Beecroft, Marquesate, Tamara Allen (and probably many more) have their sales rank back, the Search Engine on Amazon is starting to work normally again and so... also the Man Candy is back! You deserve a prize for all the work you did on these two days.
erastes the pic with the foil is especially for you, he isn't dressed in frilly garment, but he has an "ancient" taste, hasn't he?

Poor Alberto is in my stable waiting to be posted probably since the beginning of the Man Candy Day appointment. I found him really cute, not the classical model type, but maybe for this reason even more appealing.
I didn't post him before since I had the impression, that Alberto is not a professional model, I really don't know nothing about his private life, but I think he modelled for Jeff Brewster more than to do a favor to a friend than for a real interest in a modelling career. So probably I wouldn't have never posted him if not for the fact that artists seem to find Alberto (and Jeff Brewster's pictures) a source of inspiration; I have already found two different painters that rendered one of those pictures in a paint, and it's not like I have a huge knowledge of the art world, so I bet there are more out there.

( more pics )
Alberto Apocada is a middle twenty old Texan of Latin-American origin, who didn’t think himself to be model-material. Luckily Jeff Brewster though otherwise. Over the past 3 years, Alberto has not only become one of Jeff’s most anticipated models, the two of them are also best of friends.

I love all my Men Candy, but truth be told, I have my favorites, for different reason. Bryan Slater was not only among the first men candy I posted (http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/31049 6.html), but he has also a body that is a work of art. And he is really generous with it (no pun intended), means that many famous phographers of erotic art featured him in different shot, from the dungeon style to the pirate till the fantasy setting. And when a body like that is couple with a fine mind and a more than 40 years old man (and as he himself said "Who says you can't be sexy over 40?"), I know that many of my friends will enojy this man candy post.

Bryan Slater by RT Photography
When I first posted Bryan, he was quite a mystery; like many of the models for erotic art pictures, he was more a body than a name, and so I was glad when he wrote to me to thank all the people who left a comment on his post. And since we were nice with him (see, being nice always leads to other nice things...), Bryan promised me that as soon as he had new photos, he would allow me to publish some in exclusive. And he is a man of his word:
"Elisa,
as promised, here are three exclusive preview photos from my recent shoot with photographer Kim Hanson. The full series will be posted on my blog tomorrow."
And more, he also gave me a little more info about him, so we can combine a face to the beautiful body ;-) In the last 12 months, Bryan Slater has worked with many talented photographers such as Walter Kurtz, Dylan Rosser, Kelly Grider, Steven Vaschon, Stanley Stellar, McKenzie James, Thomas Synnamon, Paul Reitz, and Brian Mills to name a few.

Last week I posted a review on a book in which the main character, a photographer, had quite an interesting love life... the morning after I had the nice surprise to find an email from Frank Louis, a photographer I like very much: do you remember men candy Clint Shields and Tony Gibble? after that post Frank Louis wrote to me in Italian, since he is Francesco Luigi in origin, and we chatted about the chance to post something more in the future. In this last email Frank Louis was jocking with me about the possibility to go buy the book! ehm, Frank Louis, I don't know if that book is good for you, but I know that Frank Louis has some goody for us, and so yours Elisa promptly asked him to give us more on Jack Mackenroth, who is one of my favorite man candy and also a very very nice man.
Jack Mackenroth by Frank Louis
Jack Mackenroth by Frank Louis
But yours Elisa didn't stop on Frank Louis, I also stalked Jack since I know that all you absolutely loved my last post about him. And Jack, nice man as I said, kindly answered letting us know his present and future projects:
"Hey Elisa.
So here is what I have been up to that may be of interest. A lot of stuff is in my bio and in my "press" section on jackmackenroth.com so, if you want, check that out too.
Recently my life has been crazy. I covered New York fashion week (ndr I was following Jack on his blog and the photos he posted were fabolous) and you can see clips of LOGO's Poplab here:
http://blog.jackmackenroth.com/2009/03/2 1/full-video-of-logo-poplab-ny-fashion-w eek-coverage/
I have been traveling a lot speaking about my HIV education campaign Living Positive By Design livingpositivebydesign.com
I hosted a huge fundraising event in San Francisco for the Academy of Friends for their annual Academy Awards party. It was a blast.
Then I flew to LA for the final pitch meeting for my design show with co-host Kevin Christiana. We are now waiting to hear from the Style network and Oprahs new network called OWN. I can't say much about it but fingers crossed.
I just came back from Houston Texas for the AIDS WALK which was a great event. I walked with Pride Houston and met some really cool people.
Kevin Christiana and some of my former cast members, Kit (Pistol) Scarbo, Sweet P and I are planning a group fashion show in Miami in May. I am currently designing about 7 looks.
Now I am finally back in New York for a while and I am training for the Outgames which happen this summer from July 27th to August 3rd in Copenhagen, Denmark. I will be swimming and I specialize in breaststroke and I hoppe to win a gold medal.

Beyond that I am looking forward to my 40th birthday which is on April 29th. I am having a huge party on May 1st. WOOHOO!!!
More updates and news on Jackmackenroth.com and on facebook
THANKS!!"
I would like only to add that Jack is a real kind and funny man, everytime I write to him, even if he is busy with more important things, he always answers, never ignoring even a simple good luck email. And then he is so handsome! how can a man being prettier at forty than he was at 23 years old? (see photo below for reference!) Not that at 23 years old he wasn't pretty, but Jack you are like a vintage wine, you go better year after year!

And so I would like to wish him a wonderful Happy Birthday a bit in advance and hope you all will join with me in this wish.

Today I exceeded myself and as man candy I will feature not one, not two, but three beautiful men! Is it a threesome? well, not exactly, even if in the photo shot in which they are featured together, by Karl Lagerfeld, this three handsome spanish men are dressed and maked up more than women. But from what I read around, Andres, Jon and Oriol are women's men, and so, girls out there, enjoy them!

Jon Kortajarena, born May 19, 1985, in Bilbao, Spain, is a Spanish model best known for his ad campaigns for "GUESS?" Kortajarena made his debut in 2004 at the fall Emporio Armani and John Galliano shows in Milan and Paris. In the same year, he became the face of Just Cavalli for spring. His pierce stare, pout, masculine cheekbones looks led to more bookings and photo shoots. In 2007, Kortajarena received the opportunity of a lifetime: he signed with "GUESS?" With the heartthrob handsomeness of a young Adonis, Jon leaps directly to the head of the modeling class. 200 pages and the cover of L'Officiel Homme. Five campaigns on the stands at once (Bally, Trussardi, Etro, Guess and the new Tom Ford). With the heartthrob handsomeness of a young Anthony Delon, Jon leaps directly to the head of the modeling class. FW07: Guess with Yu Tsai SS08: Bally, Etro, Tom Ford, Guess with Yu Tsai, Trussardi F/W08: John Richmond, Jean Paul Gaultier Jeans, Tom Ford Menswear with Solve Sundsbo, Guess, Carlo Pignatelli. When not modeling, Kortajarena is into photography, independent films, and reading books by Paulo Coelho. His latest adventure is the new Brian Atwood Spring / Summer 2009 ad campaign alongside the sexy cougar Rene Russo (she’s 55!!). The ads were shot by Tony Duran.

Andrés Velencoso Segura was originally from Tossa de Mar — a small, gleaming-white Mediterranean little town with old medieval forts right on the Costa Brava of Spain, some ninety miles from Barcelona. He was born on March 11, 1978. One of Kylie Minogue’s boyfriends, don’t know if he is still since I don’t follow the gossip ;-) He was a superb athlete in his early twenties and readily admits he's nearly obsessed with soccer. He has Andalusian origin, his father is from the center of Spain, near Madrid, and his mother is from Andalucia. He is the oldest child and has two sisters. The tattoo above Andrés' heart, "Lucia", is dedicated to his mother's memory. His father has a restaurant in a castle, an old castle from the fourteenth century: when young he went to school in the winter and helped at the restaurant during the summers. He first started shooting with the really great photographers in New York. He did an editorial with Matt Albioni, and that shoot led to the Banana Republic campaign with Michael Thompson in 2002. That was his first big campaign in the U.S. and he loves those pictures. After that campaign, he really started to understand how it all works. And when he went to castings they already knew him. Calvin Klein was like: "Oh! So, he is the Banana Republic guy." Then a year later he was in Valencia shooting nine pages in French Vogue with Inez. Then he shot with Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot for the Louis Vuitton campaign with Jennifer Lopez. He shot also with Matthias Vriens for Japanese Vogue. Last September Elle Magazine gave him an award in Spain for Best Male Model. It was the first time ever that they gave this award to a man. In November 2008 in Munich he won the German GQ Model of the Year 2008. Recently he was on L’Officiel Hommes editorial by Milan Vukmirovic.
