Two Women Fall in Love_ A global movement to end female genital mutilation, a human rights violation of extreme complexity and tenacity, needs stunning, original art like Nick Mwaluko's WAAFRIKA to open new avenues of understanding. WAAFRIKA, by illuminating the background to the custom in inflexible gender roles and sexual norms, is probably the issue's first lesbian play with a transgender impulse.
