1. Lori L. Lake - A Very Public Eye
Good story, realistic portrayal of a person learning to live with a physical disability, and Lake makes this characterization a seamless part of an absorbing story. Brava! (Lee)
Great story, well-developed characters. Even though this obviously was a sequel because the characters had a history, the author blended the backstory into the current story so that you didn't feel like you were catching up. This is a book that would make me go buy everything on her backlist. (Deb)
Such brilliant writing. Oh my goodness, Ms. Lake has a wizard's way with words and suspense. (Cherie)
