Tsukino Ayumu is new to Yuuyake. When he lived in Tokyo, he always kept his head down, content to remain unnoticed in the crowd of students around him. An intriguing, delightful story, told from multiple perspectives without losing or confusing the reader. Great world-building.
I enjoyed this book far, far more than I thought I would, and primarily on the basis of its wonderful folkloric roots and lack of unnecessary angst.
