1) This fast paced, stream of consciousness first person story of a teenage genius and her posse of four friends explores the sinister dark web and its interface with the Live Action Role Play (LARP) and cosplay cultures. The plot moves quickly, especially in the second half, taking the reader on a runaway romp that at times strains credibility but is greatly entertaining.
2) This is the kind of gem you join the Rainbow Awards for. A fantastically well written young adult novel - although adults should absolutely read it too - with a stand out heroine. Sid is amazing, and now I want to read all of her exploits. An exceptional character in an engaging novel.
