2017 Rainbow Awards rate table

To help understand the logic behind the assignment here is a summary explanation:

- all books with at least one rate of 36 or more out of 40 is an Honorable Mention. If a book has received more rates of 36 or more out of 40 it has more Honorable Mentions.

- all books with an average rate of 32 or more out of 40 is a Finalist

- all books in the top 25% of their category is a Runner Up

- the first three books in their category are Winners (Gold, Silver and Bronze)
